To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soplvirex Training LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, or (c) your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information through the Site.
